On October 20, the 2027 Qiyuan Q07 Tianshu Pilot Edition was officially launched, with four configurations available. The new car's exterior styling and body dimensions continue from the current model, with the addition of the Xinghan Purple exterior color and Chenhui Brown interior color. The lidar, Tianshu Pilot Pro, CATL battery cells, and CDC intelligent magic carpet suspension are all standard across the lineup.

The exterior continues the Fuguang aesthetic design, featuring a closed front face paired with split headlights and a star-ring continuous daytime running light. Frameless doors and hidden door handles are retained, and the rear features a continuous taillight with layered treatment on both sides, paired with a two-stage high-mounted brake light. The body measures 4837mm in length, 1920mm in width, and 1690mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2905mm, positioning it as a mid-size SUV.

The cabin continues the layout with a 15.4-inch central control screen, equipped with the Tianyu OS system, supporting AI Tianshu large-model voice interaction, and the infotainment system adds video and audio applications such as iQIYI and Tencent Video. The YunGan five-seat seats support suction-type ventilation, heating, and massage, with the driver's seat adding a 2-way power leg rest. The seat layout offers four modes: Queen Seat, Concubine Lounge, Lazy Sofa, and Large Bed. The trunk has a capacity of 763 liters with a dual-layer design.

The new car comes standard across the lineup with 1 lidar, 3 millimeter-wave radars, 11 high-definition cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars. The assisted driving chip is the Horizon Journey 6M, with 128 TOPS of computing power. The entire lineup is equipped with Tianshu Pilot Pro, and the urban navigation assist NCA is available right from the factory, covering urban scenarios such as mixed pedestrian-vehicle traffic, intersection passage, roundabouts, and unprotected turns. The memory parking assist supports route memory of up to 3 kilometers. The 2025 Q07 lidar version can also activate urban navigation functions through a subsequent OTA upgrade.

The powertrain features Changan Blue Whale Super Engine plug-in hybrid system with DHT integrated motor, offering two options: 1.5L and 1.5T, with combined system power of 237kW and 275kW respectively. The battery comes standard across the lineup with CATL cells and Golden Bell Jar battery technology, with CLTC pure electric range of 215km, combined range exceeding 1400km, NEDC fuel consumption at low charge of 3.9L/100km, and charging from 30% to 80% in approximately 15 minutes. It supports 6kW external discharge, and the trunk has a 220V power outlet. The chassis comes standard across the lineup with CDC intelligent magic carpet suspension and IDTC dynamic torque control system.

Xiaotang's Viewpoint: This facelift's changes are concentrated on software and feature allocation: the body, chassis, and powertrain parameters are identical to the current model. The change is that urban navigation has gone from a feature that the current lidar version needed a later OTA to add, to a standard feature available from the factory on the new model, and the old lidar version can also obtain the same capability through OTA. With the same hardware source and leveled features, new and old car owners are placed back on the same starting line. For a car that has been on the market for just over a year, this facelift fills the time gap left by hardware arriving first and software arriving later.
